FRK Levels draws FRK levels and GEX support and resistance on your TradingView charts. This policy explains exactly what the extension and our servers handle, and why. We collect only what the product needs to work. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use analytics or tracking.
What we handle and why

What the extension does not do
- It runs only on TradingView chart pages and talks only to api.frkcharts.com.
- It does not read your browsing history, other websites, your TradingView account details, or your orders.
- It does not load or run code from our servers. It receives finished level prices only.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with the services that run the product: Stripe for payments, and our hosting provider for the servers. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS and WSS). Passwords are hashed. Sessions expire after 30 days and can be ended at any time, and access stops within seconds when an account is disabled.
Your choices
- Sign out from the extension popup at any time to delete your session.
- Removing the extension deletes everything it stored in your browser.
- To access, correct or delete your account data, email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Children
FRK Levels is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and tell subscribers by email if the change is significant.
